GPS Tracking That Doesn't Give Up
Our mobile app uses GPS tracking to monitor the movement of each traveller. Tracking continues even when they are away from mobile networks; the app records their movements and reports their location back to Voyage Manager once they are in range again — so a traveller crossing a remote border or losing signal mid-journey never simply vanishes from your map.
Where GPS alone isn't enough, the system adds two more layers. HLR lookup identifies which country or region a phone is in directly from the mobile network — no app interaction needed. And geofencing recognises when a traveller reaches specific waypoints on their itinerary, such as a transfer airport, automatically confirming their progress without a single manual check-in.
